In the past few decades, Chinese cities have undergone drastic modernization changes.
From narrow hutongs and neighborhoods to towering skyscrapers,
from traditional handicrafts to the digital information age,
all these changes not only reshape the physical appearance of the city,
but also profoundly affect residents' lifestyles and cultural identity.
The work uses mirrors as a medium to juxtapose scenes of urbanization and incomplete urbanization in the city,
showcasing the positive impact of urbanization on people and some fragments lost in the long river of change.
